Handmade Star Quilt- Design 8

We are really honored to be able to carry these beautiful star quilts made by Santee Sioux tribal member, Ella Lemus. These quilts are heirloom pieces that will last for generations because they are well-quilted and well-made. Ella is a proud nurse, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

This Calypso design is a modernized take on a traditional star quilt where four points of the star have been inverted. It features fire colors with a lime greenish yellow complimentary color on a red background with a detailed bordering in matching star colors.
