Shipping to Canada

Most orders to Canadian addresses arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Fabric preorders and handmade pieces can take up to 4 weeks, hopefully sooner.

Orders with several items often arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll get a tracking email as each package ships, and you can check any package on our Track Your Order page. New tracking numbers can take up to 10 days to show updates.

Duties, taxes and customs fees

Some items ship to Canada from our manufacturing partners outside the country, so an order may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees set by the Canadian government. These are the customer's responsibility and are paid to the Canada Border Services Agency. We don't set, collect or receive any part of them.
