Who can take part: you must be 18 or older, with a delivered order from 49dzine.com.

Eligible photos: clearly show the item you ordered; your own photo, or you have the photographer's permission; everyone identifiable is 18 or older and agrees to advertising use; no children; not created or altered with AI; nothing unsafe, offensive, or private; no ceremony, sacred items, or settings where photos aren't appropriate.

Review: a person checks every photo, usually within 5 business days, and we email you either way. Sending a photo doesn't guarantee a reward. We may decline any photo and may not use every photo. We never ask you to say anything positive, and your honest opinion won't affect your reward.

Codes: each email shows a use-by date, and you'll always have at least 60 days. Codes have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.

Rewarded photos: when we use your photo in an ad, we'll label it as a real customer photo and say you received a US$20 code for the right to use it. If you post about this yourself, please say so too.

Changing your mind: email hello@49design.com at any time. We'll stop new uses as soon as we reasonably can and remove the photo from our website and active ads. We can't recall things already published or shared by others. You keep any code you already earned.

1. Age and authority. I am at least 18. I took the photo(s) or have the photographer's permission to give these rights. Every identifiable person in the photo(s) is at least 18 and has agreed to this use.
2. Permission to use. I give 49 Native Design Inc., operating as 49 Design and 49 Dzine (the "Company"), a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, publish, and share the photo(s) and any caption I submit, in any medium, including paid advertising (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok ads), social media, the Company's websites, email marketing, and print and in-store promotion. The Company may let its advertising and platform providers use them for those purposes.
3. Name and likeness. The Company may use my likeness as it appears in the photo(s), and may show my first name and any social media handle I provided. It won't publish my last name, email, address, or order details without asking me.
4. Edits. The Company may crop, resize, colour-correct, and add text or logos, as long as the edits don't misrepresent me or the photo. It won't use AI to change my face or body or to generate new images of me.
5. Ownership. I keep ownership of my photo(s). This agreement gives permission to use them and doesn't transfer ownership.
6. Payment. If my photo is approved, the US$20 code is the only payment for these rights. If it isn't approved, the Company won't use it in its marketing. There are no royalties or other payments, and the Company doesn't have to use my photo.
7. Approval and claims. I don't need to review or approve final marketing before it runs. I release the Company from claims arising from its lawful use of the photo(s) under this agreement, including privacy or publicity claims. This doesn't limit any rights the law says cannot be waived.
8. How long this lasts. This permission continues until I withdraw it by emailing hello@49design.com. After that, the Company will make reasonable efforts to stop new uses and remove the photo(s) from its websites and active ads. Withdrawing doesn't affect material already published or distributed, or copies shared by others.
9. Personal information. The Company collects my name, email, order number, handle, and photo(s) to review my submission, verify my order, send my code, use the photo(s) as described here, and keep a record of this permission. They are handled through the Company's private Google Workspace account, which may store information outside Canada, and are kept on the Company's own systems in Alberta. 10. Governing law. Alberta, Canada, except where my local consumer laws require otherwise.
